4. AI-Powered Features

4.1 Usage Limits

AI content generation is subject to rate limits:

• Free users: 10 AI generations per hour
• Premium users: Higher limits (if applicable)

4.2 Content Accuracy

While our AI features are designed to help create professional content, you are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before use. We do not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of AI-generated content.

6. Payment Terms

If you purchase premium features:

• All fees are in South African Rand (ZAR)
• Payments are processed securely through Yoco
• Fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We reserve the right to change pricing with notice

The CV Builder platform, including its design, features, and functionality, is owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our service without permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• AI-generated content will meet your expectations
• Your CV will result in job offers or interviews
• ATS scores will match actual employer systems

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service, including but not limited to loss of employment opportunities or data loss.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
• Fail to pay applicable fees

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.
